Alice Gerbrecht
Alice Gerbrecht began her studies at Centro Flamenco in 2004. She has been a dancer with the Flamenco Rosario dance company since 2006 and made her solo debut in the 2008 Cuadro Flamenco. Prior to dancing flamenco, Ms. Gerbrecht was a professional ballet dancer in the United States. Her previous affiliations include Oregon Ballet Theatre, Ballet Theatre of Boston and Louisville Ballet.
Currently the director of Vancouver Academy of Music's ballet department, Alice has also taught for Ballet British Columbia, Pacific DanceArts and Harbour Dance Centre. She joined the teaching faculty at Centro Flamenco in the fall of 2006.
